7月25日，国家互联网信息办公室（下称“国家网信办”）发布了第九批境内区块链信息服务备案编号的公告，根据《区块链信息服务管理规定》，国家网信办公布了348个备案编号，其中包括近160百家数字藏品相关企业。 如此大规模通过数字藏品相关企业，尚属首次。我国法律法规对于数字藏品等相关领域一直持有审慎态度。此举似乎也暗示着监管对数字藏品行业的包容与支持。 在通过的数字藏品企业之列，我们发现了网易传媒、中文在线、顺丰科技、中国银联、小红书等知名企业的身影，具体而言，网易传媒的“网易新闻数字藏品馆”、“网易文创数字藏品馆”、顺丰科技的“数字藏品平台”、中文在线的“第五境面”、中国银联的“数字藏品应用服务平台”、以及行吟信息的“小红书数字藏品发售/发行服务”。 从地域层面来看，这些数字藏品相关的服务主要分布在北京、江苏、海南、上海、杭州、广州等地。 
  
    境内区块链信息服务备案清单（第九批）
不过需要特别提醒的是，据国家网信办表示，根据《区块链信息服务管理规定》（下称《管理规定》），国家互联网信息办公室依法依规组织开展备案审核工作。根据《管理规定》要求，区块链信息服务提供者应当在其对外提供服务的互联网站、应用程序等显著位置标明其备案编号。备案仅是对主体区块链信息服务相关情况的登记，不代表对其机构、产品和服务的认可，任何机构和个人不得用于任何商业目的。 来源：金色财经 |
