近期因海清、黄海波的一纸签名而闹的沸沸扬扬的“无效门”事件，日前已得到事发时活动的主办方第一彩及当事人黄海波的回应。并且第一彩方面表示，彩票票面上虽有海清、黄海波二人的签名，但因未污损到中奖数字，所以如该彩票真中得三等奖是可以予以兑换的。
