比推消息，根据官方公告，美SEC 将向因 BitClave（PTE Ltd. 未注册的数字资产证券 ICO）而受到损害的投资者发放超过 460 万美元。经过通知和索赔流程后，投资者现在将获得 BitClave 相应份额，支票已开始陆续寄出。
这笔付款是 BitClave 同意在 2020 年支付的和解金的一部分，此前SEC指控该搜索引擎未能将其 2017 年的 ICO 注册为证券发行。2020 年，BitClave 同意向三年前购买其 2550 万美元 ICO 的约 9,500 名投资者进行补偿。BitClave 没有承认有不当行为，但承诺归还从 ICO 筹集的 2550 万美元，并支付约 400 万美元的额外罚款。
