今年4月份，来自四川南充的打工者朱刚，在深圳龙岗一家投注站购买“刮刮乐”福利彩票后，发现有两张彩票中奖了，一张金额是1000，另一张是5万。随后朱刚前往深圳福彩中心兑奖，但被拒，对方称“彩票动过手脚”。此后又表示彩票在印刷过程中出现错误，属于错票，只能返还两张票的原购买价4元钱。本报记者 朱柳笛" D: J1 _- ^/ O! |$ W# F3 [5 J9 S, p

* i2 {7 r' T4 x, x 朱刚：广东南天司法鉴定所给了《司法鉴定意见书》，写的就是“刮开区内的印刷体文字部位没有发现刮擦及化学试剂消退的变造痕迹”。

7 C( t; Y' }, M2 v! F6 W; V 新京报：彩票中心后来说愿意给你一定的费用，比如鉴定费、交通费、取证产生的费用、误工费、起诉费等，只是这笔费用达不到你的目的。" l F0 c6 v" ]" @
1 p, U1 _% u& E* E5 }+ f3 n7 } 朱刚：这是后来，媒体曝光之前，开始他们只愿意出鉴定费。我现在打官司，是要求他们支付给我兑奖的51000元，鉴定费3000元，还有交通费、律师费、误工费这些，一共大概7万多元。这都是一笔一笔算出来的，都是有凭证的。我就是个打工的，只拿我该拿的部分。
