! y8 t: p- X5 `5 W! T V+ f 昨日，黎先生告诉晚报记者，他家在楚雄，来昆明出差，平时他也算得上是一个游戏高手，经常玩各种游戏，特别是对“红蚂蚁”很熟悉，基本上都是只赢不输。2月11日，他陪着媳妇来到西园路一家动漫城玩“红蚂蚁”游戏，当时他选择了2号机子，玩了将近4小时，输掉了1500元。在媳妇的催促下，他便离开了。第二天，他又在同样的机子上又玩了4小时，这次又输了3700元钱，除了赢到一包烟外，没有得到任何回报。在8小时不到的时间里，5200元钱便打了水漂。+ {2 D& W q' ?1 i2 H4 H
! m6 g0 y8 m7 y9 O 玩游戏时，黎先生看到别的客人，有的人玩了两三百元钱后，就赢到了几千元，而自己却输得那么惨，他估计输钱的原因是自己是外地人。黎先生自信地说，他十分熟悉红蚂蚁游戏，从来不会输得这么惨，如果机子正常，没有精心设置过，一天晚上下来，最多就输掉几百元钱，不可能在不到8个小时，就输掉5200元。对此，当天，他便找老板商量怀疑机器有问题，令他想不到的是，老板告诉他，输赢都很正常，而且态度还有些粗暴。所以，他便向本报反映。但他又不愿指证老板，因为担心被警方以参赌人员抓走、拘留。, R/ D7 f- c3 s$ d0 i7 r" f

动漫城的陈老板告诉记者，自己的游戏室开业已有一年多了，所有的证照都是齐全，不存在任何Dubo的行为。而且，游戏机属电脑控制，肯定没有问题。玩游戏机有输有赢，如果每个来玩的客人都赢钱的话，游戏室就无法经营了。他也承认，黎先生确实输掉了5200元钱。陈老板重复地讲，如果说动漫城涉嫌Dubo的话，客人也有涉嫌Dubo的行为，同样要受到相应的处罚。
