美国国税局接纳“BC玩家”职业 拟减少玩家税收

美国国税局现在已经开始接受“[b]BC玩家[/b]”这个职业，并且将减少玩家应付的相应税收。在此之前，美国国税局从未考虑过对于在[b]BC游戏[/b]中的盈利者施于慷慨的政策。是因为他们不知道如何定义BC玩家这个职业。也不知道以何种标准把普通玩家归类为职业BC玩家。一月份美国国税局修改了他们定义合法BC玩家的标准。以前他们认为只有在游戏中盈利的玩家才算是职业玩家。现在还包括那些输钱的客户。

法院认为，就算减少玩家的税收，但是国家在BC业中应征收到税额仍然不会减少，因为总体来说职业玩家在DC和赛马游戏中是不会盈利的。美国内华达，拉斯维加斯男子法律学院的教授资深税法专家史蒂夫.约翰逊表示【他完全同意美国国税局将要减少职业BC玩家应付税收的决议，如今BC产业在全世界得到了迅猛的发展，它也属于一项贸易，并跟其他贸易并无不同的地方】! T/ d& K3 s* X6 _5 W! I, \5 z

# H/ z9 ?8 o; x 2001年职业玩家罗伯特·梅奥在体验BC游戏时，总盈利为131,000美金。但是他实际所获得的现金只有120,000美金。他的问题引起了广大玩家的注意。研究表明：当年在梅奥提供的纳税报表中，从他盈利的金额所扣除的现金包括他的DU注金额和他的旅行开支。当时法院作出解释是梅奥被扣除的钱并没有使得他的盈利处于亏损的状态，相反的被视为了普通开支。

1 k" K+ V3 Y) T7 A 这项新的法律如果要作出更改要求DT要上缴3年的纳税报告，立法院还要评估BC产业在这几年的盈利亏损。在短期内应该无法实现真正的落实。虽然这个提议对于BC业来说是个重大突破，但是很多玩家还是不相信税收会真正意义上减少。 |
