素食摊“观音斋”的老板娘朱云萍，于10月18日在金沙DC拉老虎机，拉中红利现金41万6742元1角1分，但DC却表示老虎机发生故障，表示她不能得到这笔钱。

. l* j# v6 _+ f朱云萍不接受，为此聘请大律师朱时生向金沙追讨，金沙DC几天前改变立场，主动表示愿意赔偿。

1 X3 q$ z2 F7 ~* f- k: N律师朱时生周五早上10时多收到金沙DC派人递交的两张支票，一张数额为41万6742元1角1分的支票是朱云萍得到的红利现金，另外一张数额为688元2角5分的则是她当时拿着玩老虎机的储值卡所累积的奖金。
