- k8 B$ a! c7 o2 R/ i4 r z 天朝彩市每年都有不计其数的弃奖出现，近几年来大奖弃奖金额更是屡攀新高，但是这些弃奖的人中，我有印象有后续报道的只有两个，一个是铁路工人兑奖期限过后发现中奖，一个是北京的汪亮解在兑奖期限后发现中奖,其余的弃奖者可能这辈子都不知道自己曾经离百万富翁、千万富翁这么近。这说明那些中奖彩票可能早就灰飞烟灭了，即使取消了兑奖期限，对于防止弃奖来说，没有任何实际意义。

亡羊补牢不如未雨绸缪。在救灾中有救援黄金时间72小时的说法，我觉得这个概念完全可以引入彩票界防止弃奖。在中奖后的72小时内，宣传的工作越大就越有可能防止弃奖，因为这段时间内中奖者丢失、损毁彩票的可能性都不大，也是最有可能想起来曾经购买过彩票的时间。在这个时间段内提醒中奖彩民注意及时兑奖最有实际意义。也许有人说离弃奖还很远这是作秀，也许这个潜在的弃奖者根本不会感谢这种做法，但是这应该是最好的未雨绸缪的做法，不要总是等到快要弃奖了再大张旗鼓。: l7 A/ ?' h, I
换句话说，我们宣传报道每一个出奖消息、中奖站点时，都应该尽可能缀上一句提醒中奖者及时兑奖，这绝不是画蛇添足。 |
