日前，富阳市公安局治安管理大队查处了一起有组织Dubo案件，涉案人员的成分复杂，有职业赌徒，也有当过村干部的、私企老板、店铺业主，还有涉世不深的“富二代”。: W- M2 ~: A; K

7 t" H. H( j+ _1 [* a& B 李某曾当过村干部，戴某也有一个自己的小店铺，衣食无忧。然而，他们依然不知足，在金钱与贪念的驱使下，干起了违法犯罪的事。

从今年3月份开始，李某凭借曾当过村干部的人脉关系，大肆聚揽人员，进行“红心宝”、“JJ”宝、“牛牛”Dubo，从中收取头钱，最多时，一个晚上收取的“头钱”高达上万元。

不仅如此，为牟取更多的非法利益，李某还通过各种关系，搭识了“富二代”小徐，目的就是诱骗小徐参与Dubo，通过其他赌徒从其身上赢取钱财，不仅能“热闹”DC，还能大肆敛财。

据小徐交代，今年3月至7月间，他通过朋友的介绍，去李某的DCDubo，起初赌资不大，参赌人员也不多，而且他或多或少总会赢一些钱。% p. y6 \3 F( P

涉世不深的小徐认为是自己的“风头”好，赌技也不错，于是在与李某熟悉之后，只要李某电话联系，他总会去参与Dubo。; d; r; K6 T# b" E0 S6 @* n/ A( x
. h7 n3 |( P8 E L 慢慢地，参赌人员越来越多，赌局也越做越大，有时一个晚上的输赢达数十万元。小徐之前赢来的钱在一次次“大赌赌”里输掉了，然后就开始亏钱。1 M+ l5 E3 S6 a# o; {$ W p

为了翻本，小徐不惜瞒着家人，向亲戚朋友借钱Dubo，甚至向DC里的人借高利贷。1 l; @5 M! X J
+ k% l# k5 M* p4 a& M0 } 但事与愿违，他非但没能翻本，还把借来的钱也输得精光。至7月底，他输掉的钱共计100多万元。/ h0 X* I2 k/ f: b+ p( _

后来，讨债的人上门了，徐某实在瞒不下去，就把情况告诉了家人。辛苦经营生意的父亲老徐，怎么也想不到20岁刚出头的儿子居然会欠下100多万元债，而且还是赌债。5 A5 S: D8 X* ]2 R# C9 }

思前想后，老徐认为儿子固然有错，但毕竟属于涉世不深，而罪魁祸首无疑是李某等人，于是“一纸诉状”，将情况主动向公安机关进行了反映。" x6 }: V Q' F" N! |

公安机关立案侦查，很快端掉了以李某为首的Dubo团伙，并依法对李某执行逮捕，对戴某取保候审，对其他参赌人员予以行政处罚。: d9 m, J4 |& _2 A

$ I5 L$ t! I1 t0 [ 富阳警方一直以来都严打各种Dubo行为。从去年三度掀起“禁赌风暴”到今年的进一步深化“一查二打三整四建”专项行动；从街头Dubo、棋牌室Dubo、居民住宅Dubo的整治到游戏机Dubo、有组织Dubo犯罪团伙的严查，无疑都是严惩各类Dubo行为、维护社会治安秩序的重要举措。 |
