内地6男子以蛊惑洗牌机骗澳门DC2400余万港元

澳门的DC首次破获利用自制装有镜头、红外线发射器的“洗牌机”出千，到DC贵宾厅替换百家乐赌台底的真洗牌机，至少有一次成功出千骗取超过2400万港元，澳门司警前天拘捕7名内地男子，追回100万元现金。

) F2 f9 L, M- V2 k7 n/ P被捕内地男子分别姓刘、江、崔、杨、徐、王、甘（39至47岁），除刘为吉林人外，其余6人均为云南人，当中刘与杨可能是主谋，而江及崔在2005年曾涉及在DC换牌出千案。司警现以有组织犯罪及诈骗等罪名将7人移送检察院处理。$ ?) m/ C# x L
: D9 L' T7 c5 Q- S) U4 U. z! X今年1月，有维修洗牌机公司职员到一间赌厅维修洗牌机时，发现两个非原装的洗牌机，但外表则无异，打开后发现内装有反光镜、微型摄影镜头及红外线发射器，疑为出千装置，于是通知DC负责人报警。# t3 L1 E1 U$ v) c3 O, M
3 |) @- l$ g) x- y博彩及经济罪案调查厅联同博彩罪案调查处接手，分别在今年2月及3月再发现某DC贵宾厅里有同类装置共3部。司警经详细调查后，当即锁定一个超过10名内地人组成的老千集团，发现他们首先派人进入赌厅一百家乐台Dubo，期间趁职员不备，将附近的洗牌机偷龙转凤成自制洗牌机。再利用赌厅惯例，以 400万至500万元将赌台“包下”，并要求一小时后再行“搏杀”，赌厅见有“大客”，自然不虞有诈。此时，已利用接收装置接收自制洗牌机洗牌“牌序”的老千，便将纪录片段作分析。成功分析后，老千集团便返回赌台，由于已有“牌序”在手，故“十赌九胜”。司警调查后，发现一赌厅曾于3月28日，遭该老千集团成功诈骗2400多万元。

/ Q& \$ h( c& z* i5 \9 M司警表示，由于案件目前仍在跟进调查中，并相信有多名人士在逃，故没有透露“中招”赌厅位置。司警目前暂证实只有一赌厅“中招”，但由于该老千集团已运作超过半年，不排除有更多赌厅曾“中招”，现阶段司警仍需作进一步调查。 |
