华龙网讯（通讯员 韩笑）自2010“严打整治”禁赌专项行动以来，重庆潼南县公安局积极策动部署、广辟线索、多措并举、集约联动、有案必查，打团伙、端窝点、惩赌头、查赌徒，铁腕重击Dubo违法犯罪活动，以求真务实的工作态度取得了良好的战果。近日成功捣毁一拉骰子聚众Dubo窝点，捉获涉赌嫌疑人员25名，有效的助推了潼南县公安局禁赌工作提档升位。
* Q' q3 I+ h* ~; q 2010年9月底，潼南县公安局治安管理大队经群众举报获得线索,在潼南县梓潼镇石碾村闇公陵园对面有人拉骰子聚众Dubo。为有效净化社会空气，强力推进我县禁赌工作，治安管理大队领导高度重视，立即将情况向县局汇报。副县长、公安局局长宋庆华批示：由治安管理大队抽调精兵强将，迅速侦办此案。分管副局长唐剑锋立即组织治安管理大队、正兴街派出所各单位进行专题研究于2010年10月5日成立以治安管理大队牵头的专案组，抽调人员对该案件前期经营，摸排调查。 2 Y( x' J8 p2 Q: s; ?8 c8 a$ \
经过近20天的走访摸排，一个在石碾村闇公陵园对面农户内拉骰子聚众Dubo窝点浮出水面，但狡滑的犯罪嫌疑人利用当地的地理环境四处安排眼线放风，以防备公安机关的打击，对我局侦查取证相当不利。为打破这一瓶颈，治安管理大队采取超常规的举措，安排专门力量利用早晚的机会巧妙的接近Dubo窝点，获取了Dubo窝点的地理环境和其拉骰子聚众Dubo的日常规律，为我局侦办此案打下了坚实的基础。
, k1 }7 M- J6 \: I 2010年10月25日，专案组经请示唐剑锋副局长并获得同意后决定对该案收网。25日晚，治安管理大队主持工作的副大队长李旭东组织专案组召开专案会，研究收网抓捕事宜，制定了详细的方案。为保证此次抓赌行动一举成功，治安管理大队领导安排民警提前到位守候以避开放线人的耳目。
% `4 |5 b0 T4 b( b1 ~ 26日凌晨4时30分，治安管理大队由副大队长蒲红兵带队，组织20名警力顶着瑟瑟的秋风，冒着大雨，踏上泥泞的田间小路兵分5路秘密进入Dubo窝点附近蹲守，等待时机，力争在参赌人员最多的时候将该聚众Dubo窝点端掉。
W. d& {# r4 I4 `6 z 26日8时35分，经过4个小时的蹲点守侯，治安管理大队副大队长蒲红兵下令开始行动。5路警力同时向Dubo窝点进发，以迅雷不及掩耳之势一举将Dubo窝点内全部人员控制，当场捉获涉赌人员25名，现场收缴赌资5000余元，收缴拉骰子赌具一套。 治安管理大队在与正兴街派出所的强力配合下，对被捉获的涉赌人员进行审查。
