国际在线专稿：据美国《纽约时报》7月28日报道，随着联邦ZF寻找新财源的压力日益增大，美国国会正在考虑解禁网络DB。美国国会众议院下属的财政委员会批准了一项法案，即推翻2006年的联邦DB禁令，合法化网络DB或者其他非体育类DB，并且对其进行征税。2 T$ M' \1 D+ B# ]$ r1 k8 d6 }
合法化网络DB的议案是新泽西州民主党参议员罗伯特·曼恩德兹提交的，国会还没有就此举行听证会。这条法案要求财政部对网络DB活动发放执照并且负责监管，允许税务局对网络DB业征税，DB赢家也必须缴税。支持者称，美国每年网络DB资金超过60亿美元（406亿元[url=http://finance.ifeng.com/news/special/rmb/][color=#1e00ff]人民币[/color][/url]）。今后10年内，网络DB业将为ZF带来高达420亿美元（2843.4亿人民币）的税收。加州民主党众议员布拉德·谢尔曼说，这是一项能够筹钱的计划，他们能够利用DB税收做其他更重要的事情。* B( T$ e4 A5 l+ O
