必发Betfair赢得澳大利亚法院判决

昨天，澳大利亚最高法院对关于是否允许必发Betfair接受西澳大利亚居民的网络投注一事进行了判决，必发Betfair最终赢得了这场官司。 由于必发仅取得澳大利亚塔斯马尼亚州的博彩许可证，西澳大利亚以此为由禁止居民使用必发的博彩服务。必发因此向澳大利亚最高法院进行法律诉讼，最高法院最后判决西澳大利亚的法律违反了宪法第92条，各联邦州之间的贸易自由条款。$ S* Q% _( V) T, K

必发很高兴法院做出的判决，公司澳大利亚主管Anthony Klok表示“我们对结果非常满意，我们也相信必发的用户也会感到高兴。这次判决除了废除强加在必发身上的不公平商业限制行为外，也为我们同西澳大利亚赛马业建立正式关系打开了一扇门。”
