该公司在募股说明书补充文件中称，司法覆核程序构成重大新资料，可能对投资者决定是否申请（或继续申请）认购股份时对该公司做出知情评估的能力造成重大影响。
* h$ ?$ T2 A' H2 y) ]澳搏控股称，此次IPO面向散户发行的部分获得了1.17倍认购，这部分规模占发行总量12.5亿股的10%；面向机构投资者发行的部分获得适度超额认购。
