冒充官网 “官方预测”实为“包你受骗”

因为轻信网上彩票预测网站被骗2.44万元的受害者赵宁(化名)发现那个网站再也打不开了。

/ i( J F, H; j" S- a' e 沈阳的赵宁(化名)就轻信了这件事，按照所谓的权威官方网站的要求，汇了2.44万元，当对方没有透露一点中奖信息时，赵宁一拍脑门：“我上当了。” 3次汇款2.44万元，为何深信这家网站?7 V$ ^' v H! g5 B2 u0 K
受骗者：以为是官网
! B* ?5 R0 L/ L8 { G 两年前，赵宁开始研究彩票，偶尔会浏览一下网上的彩票信息。赵宁无意间点开了一个网页：“福利彩票指定官方网”、“公安部授权指定独家官方网站本站永久域名”、“成为会员就提供预测号码”、“保证中三、四等以上奖”。
: s; \5 V) h/ q- S 原本赵宁还犹豫不定，可仔细看看，这家网站有预测专家、公司详细地址、工商注册号、工商专用章。赵宁就汇出了400元。随后，赵宁收到了会员编号和密码。网站负责人称，还需交4000元的服务费。当日下午，赵宁又汇了4000元。当赵宁索要预测号码时，负责人又让她交2万元保证金。“保证金说是为了保证号码不外泄，我要是中奖了，2万也不算啥，交个保证金也是应该的。 ”第三天，赵宁又汇了2万元。
$ J F$ {5 z* K& ~ 可接下来，负责人又提出要交9万元的公证费。此时的赵宁还深信不疑，当他向儿子要钱时，儿子识破了这个骗局。随后，报了警。骗子：“敢信包你赢”
k" D/ h- f3 e" u# Z& J4 ~ 前日，记者点开这个“福利彩票指定官方网”。网页制作粗糙。网页内充斥着这样的文字：“我们相信没有永远的穷人;总有一天我们也会富起来的。 ”“敢信包你赢”、“不中奖，不收费服务”、“国家彩票总局最权威最专业的福彩服务”、“彩票中心官方网站”。
; N& z; Q5 O' [1 u; f 随后，记者与网站联系人张海富取得联络，他称“如果不中三等、四等奖以上，就全额退还。 ”# K# A3 Z$ g: R7 P3 C
“我们都是有内部消息，专家预测。”“我们都是经过天朝彩票发行管理中心公证、同意的，你放心。”
