比推消息，据市场消息，Bitwise 首席投资官 Matt Hougan 表示，SEC 正在制定的加密货币通用上市标准可能将 “彻底改变市场”，引发加密 “ETPalooza”（ETP 爆发）。新标准将把加密 ETP 的审批时间从最长 240 天缩短至约 75 天，简化发行流程。
符合预定标准的加密资产（可能包括 Solana、XRP、Chainlink 等）将能更快获得 ETP 批准。Hougan 指出，类似 2019 年推出的 “ETF 规则”使传统 ETF 发行量从每年 117 个增至 370 个，加密市场可能重演这一增长模式。通用上市标准预计最早可能于今年 10 月推出，这将降低投资门槛，使加密资产更易被普通投资者接受，标志着加密市场迈向 “成熟阶段”。
