5月24日晚，广州天河车陂一位彩民花10元将1注号码5倍投注，揽得4268万多元[url=http://ssq.starlott.com/][color=#004899]双色球[/color][/url]巨奖，创下今年广东彩市最高中奖纪录。5月26日下午，广州市福利彩票发行中心接到一通电话，电话中的男士指自己就是4268万多元得主，他咨询了广州市福彩中心的地址及兑奖手续后，表示将于次日即5月27日前来办理兑奖手续，然而这似乎是大奖得主“声东击西”的策略，截至昨日17时30分福彩中心工作人员下班，4268万多元巨奖得主却未有现身。

为了确保巨奖得主能够安全、顺利兑取奖金，保护好大奖得主的个人隐私及人身安全，广州市福彩中心根据兑奖需要，做好各项准备工作及相关措施。据了解，广州福彩中心指派专人负责本次大奖的兑奖工作，福彩中心已为4268万多元大奖得主开辟了绿色通道，各项兑奖工作及保密措施都已准备完毕，随时准备为大奖得主进行兑奖工作。 5 T0 _% |/ K/ a& h. ?) a
' D9 P, A" ~* N5 X8 d" I9 V另外，根据《彩票管理条例》的相关规定，大奖得主应当自开奖之日起60个自然日，持中奖彩票及本人身份证先到广州市福利彩票发行中心(越秀区西湖路99号市民政大厦17楼)办理兑奖手续，然后再到省福利彩票发行中心(越秀区东风中路300号之一)办理确认兑奖手续。据计算，4268万多元大奖的兑奖截止日为7月21日，逾期未兑，中奖奖金则纳入到福彩公益金。

4 `$ v8 B# u; l) J根据我国的税法，个人中得彩票奖金超过1万元的，由彩票发行部门代扣代缴总奖金20%的个人偶然所得税。也就是说，4268万多元中奖者将为广州地税贡献了853万多元的税款，其税后到手奖金为3414万多元。 |
