4逃犯三亚组织网络Dubo谋暴利 两地警方联手擒获

记者从三亚警方获悉，三亚市公安局WJ支队不断强化对“虚拟社会”的管理力度。日前，该局充分发挥相关技术优势，成功协助山东青岛警方抓获4名涉嫌组织网络Dubo的在逃人员，缴获40余万元赌资以及汽车、电脑、手机、银行卡等一批作案工具。

2011年5月16日，三亚警方接到山东省青岛市公安局WJ支队发来的协查通报，称有数名涉嫌Dubo在逃人员近期藏匿在三亚，利用互联网操纵一Dubo网站发展会员进行网络Dubo，涉案金额巨大。接报后，三亚市公安局领导高度重视，立即指示三亚WJ支队组织精干警力全力配合。

由于案情重大，山东青岛警方先后派出20余名由网警、经侦、刑侦等警种组成的专案组赶赴三亚开展侦查。在三亚警方的协助下，两地警方联手，经过半个月的不懈侦查，基本查清了该团伙的人员情况、活动规律、藏匿地点等情况，为最后收网做好了准备。& E- l0 ^" P, g2 K
+ d! X# B- L' @ R5 c# k8 ]+ @ 5月31日16时，抓捕时机成熟。在三亚警方特警防暴支队、河西公安分局刑警大队的支援下，两地警方兵分两路，在三亚市吉祥街某公寓、金鸡岭路某水城同时收网，一举擒获赵某(男，33岁)等4名涉嫌Dubo的黑龙江籍在逃人员，现场缴获赌资40余万元、汽车1辆、电脑8台、手机16部、银行卡、手机卡等一批作案工具。

( D* M0 s) u' t3 N& k, H 经专案组初审，落网的赵某等4名在逃人员对在互联网上建立Dubo网站，发展会员在网上Dubo谋取暴利的犯罪事实供认不讳。目前，赵某等人已被依法刑拘，三亚警方已将赵某4人移交山东青岛警方，案件还在进一步审理深挖当中。(记者关操、吴声婧 通讯员张运煦) |
