关于欧洲杯竞猜奖金的问题; J9 [0 H: W' H
我在13号23:28分发送了第一封邮件，当时由于疏忽，少写了一支四强队，立即联系他们的在线客服，在征得他们客服同意的情况下发送了邮件二，此时时间是23：38分，也都赶在他们的截止时间之前！（可见邮件附图与客服对话）0 W! I- c& P6 l; S2 w" }9 t8 E
我一向不愿意以恶意来揣度人，但次事情不得不让我产生如下疑问：- A% c' h9 Z1 ~1 a4 `9 G- A
一：每个公司的欧洲杯竞猜凡是邮件发送的都有邮件回复，A级的鸿运如此，C级的新澳门和苹果也如此！为什么就贵公司没有呢！而事情的发展却不得不让我怀疑你们留了以收不到邮件而不发送奖金的后手" M( B! J' h1 {, N# n2 {
二：我是通过雅虎发送的邮件，雅虎和Gmail之间不存在过滤的问题，我一封没收到情有可原，二封都没收到就是天方夜谈了！请你们不要以系统退信的理由来搪塞我，我还没傻到收到系统退信而不知道重新发送的地步，我不会白白放弃这个机会，毕竟竞猜的资格是花1000RMB买来的！那唯一的解释就是你们收到了而说没收到！. y. U1 b! {$ u- y* @
三：在周一其他人都收到的情况下，我询问在线客服！客服的解释一会是斩钉截铁的告诉我没收到，一会又说财务会重新查询！甚至说你发送了，我就是没有收到！虽然我不抱什么希望，但当然还是愿意把事情的结果朝好的方面去想。今天的结果果然验证了我的猜想！请问客服前后矛盾的说法又当如何解释呢！
