9月25日上午，湖南体彩“幸运赛车”游戏上市一周年庆典暨新玩法推介会在长沙市隆重举行。省财政厅、省体育局、省体彩中心相关领导出席会议。会议由湖南省体彩中心书记龚智超主持，省体彩中心主任李晖对“幸运赛车”一周年来的发展情况和新玩法进行了介绍，并宣布“组选前二”和“组选前三”两大新玩法将于9月26日起正式上市。湖南省体育局副局长杨再辉出席会议并发表重要讲话，对“幸运赛车”游戏的社会作用予以了充分肯定。会议还邀请了省内各大媒体代表、部分优秀业主、彩民代表，共同庆祝“幸运赛车”上市一周年暨新玩法隆重上市。/ G7 E: B% o- s2 h* z) p3 \
据了解，幸运赛车是天朝体育彩票旗下一款最火爆的游戏，引进了国际最流行的理念和元素，三维动态画面，全真模拟F1比赛的实况，场面精彩刺激。游戏共设置12辆虚拟赛车，彩民可以自由竞猜每轮比赛的前三甲。10分钟一期，每天84期。经财政部批准，去年8月幸运赛车游戏率先在我省首发，由于玩法简单好玩、容易中奖，所以深受彩民朋友的喜爱。幸运赛车游戏的火爆，吸引了大批新老业主加盟销售，一年内全省近2000家网点开业，不仅满足了人民群众的文化娱乐需求，还直接为社会创造数千个就业岗位。短短一年间，体彩“幸运赛车”游戏从彩市新军迅速成长为中流砥柱，为我省体育事业和社会公益事业的发展做出了巨大贡献。

为庆祝“幸运赛车”游戏上市一周年，湖南体彩从8月6日起推出了“800万元大派彩”活动，截至9月22日活动结束，累计为彩民朋友送出8201274 元加奖奖金。新玩法上市之际，湖南体彩又隆重推出“0元购票新体验” 活动，通过潇湘晨报9月24日、25日头版广告向社会投放“幸运赛车游戏体验券”，读者持该券可以于10月7日前全省任意一家体彩赛车网点免费购买等值的“幸运赛车”游戏彩票。6 R `% [0 c/ j3 P
截至2012年9月24日，“幸运赛车”累计销量突破13亿元，为国家筹集体彩公益3.66亿元。这些体彩公益金将极大地促进我省体育事业的发展，为全民健身运动的开展增添动力。此外，这些体彩公益金也也将广泛用于社会保障基金、青少年学生校外活动场所建设和维护、红十字会人道主义救助事业、残疾人事业、城镇和农村医疗救助基金、教育助学、法律援助、扶贫救灾、小天使医疗基金等多项社会公益事业。 |
